From day one Steve was honest about his pricing and timelines and he stuck to it. Even with slight hiccups which is typical in renovations, things went beyond my expectations because of how him and his crew handled the job. From start to finish the job site was always left clean and all of his crew were very professional and courteous. In this industry, more than getting a "good deal on price", you want someone who is honest, shows up and gets the job done, and gets it done right. Steve checks all of that.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value. Right Way had come recommended to me by two other contractors I have had positive experiences with (Number 1 Repair and True Flow Heating and Air). Right Way's preferred painter was unavailable so proprietor Steve Zimanti tried someone new to paint my kitchen cabinetry. This guy turned to be a disaster and was fired. Steve then came up with an experienced New York painter new to Denver to rescue the project. Ricky Rivas did just that .Steve insisted that Ricky start over by sanding and scraping and priming with oil base and spraying with Benjamin Moore. Several coats later the result was superb. Steve was in touch and visited frequently during the job. I suspect he lost $$$ but stood by his original quote with the singular objective of doing the work the Right Way. Steve Zimanti is a mensch. I highly recommend him.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness. Awesome! We reached out to a number of services with images of the repair we needed. Right Way Repair was the only one to give us some stuff to try on our own before paying anyone else. After trying their suggestions we did end up needing more help and booked them.
Though they missed our initial appointment because the guy they were going to send out was sick they owned their mistake. He was here on time, left to get what he needed and came right back, it was done well with minimal disruption to the wall, and they cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be calling them for any future help we need!

We hired Right Way to do a variety of things around the house. Steve showed up on time, was polite and professional and did not push us to do more than we felt comfortable doing. When he made a minor mistake that would have cost time (we were paying by the hour) he did not charge us for the time he spent making things right. In the end Steve's workmanship was outstanding, we paid a great price and cannot recommend Steve and Right Way Repair enough.

Steve, Trevor and John remodeled our bathroom and it was the easiest and most enjoyable experience we have EVER had with any general contractor! They were professional, polite, and most importantly, experts at what they do! Steve responded quickly to our inquiry and provided us with a competitive quote that did not change.
Then came Trevor and John to do the work. They showed up on time, communicated with us on the progress of their work, and asked questions to ensure we were all on the same page during the remodeling process. They were very patient with changes that we asked for, and did not stop working until the job was done to our satisfaction. I have already referred them to my son and a friend for work they needed, and they were just as happy as we are.
